Refund Policy

1. Lead List Purchases (One-Time & Monthly)

All lead list purchases — including one-time seller lists, starter monthly lists, stacked monthly lists, and buyer lists — are non-refundable once the list has been delivered or downloaded.

This policy exists because lead data is a digital product that is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned." Once you have received the list, the value has been delivered.

Exception — Data Quality Issues: If you believe your list contains a significant number of inaccurate, duplicate, or undeliverable records (more than 15% of the total list), contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement list, a partial credit toward a future order, or a partial refund.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

2. Off-Market Launch Setup ($497)

The Off-Market Launch Setup is a done-for-you campaign configuration service. Because this service involves significant time and labor from our team, the following terms apply:

• Before work begins: Full refund available if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and before any setup work has started.
• After work has begun: No refund once campaign setup work has commenced. You will receive a summary of completed work.
• Delivery timeline: Setup is typically completed within 5–10 business days. Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required information) do not qualify for a refund.

3. Wholesaler Kickstart Session ($99)

The Kickstart Session is a live, one-on-one strategy call. The following terms apply:

• Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule — your choice.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund. You may reschedule once at no additional charge.
• No-show: No refund. The session is forfeited.
• After the session is completed: No refund.

4. Private Deal Flow Coaching ($497/mo)

Private coaching is a monthly subscription. The following terms apply:

• First month: If you are unsatisfied after your first coaching session, contact us within 7 days of that session for a full refund of your first month's payment.
• Subsequent months: Non-refundable. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to stop future charges.
• Results disclaimer: Coaching results depend on your effort, market conditions, and execution. We do not guarantee specific deal outcomes or income levels.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access to future services. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
